The Sectional Title Schemes Management Act (STSMA) and Community Schemes Ombud Service Act (CSOS) require bodies corporate to establish a reserve fund and prepare a written maintenance, repair and replacement plan which sets out the major capital expenses within the next 10 years.

 

We provide assistance to bodies corporate to comply with the requirements of the Acts in the form of condition assessments, compliance with the National Building Regulations, sectional title plan, building plans, maintenance plans, budgets and model body corporate rules.

 

We also assist with upgrading of buildings and infrastructure to comply with energy efficiency targets and provide solutions for rainwater harvesting, grey water systems, electricity saving and alternative energy generation.
